Provision of the legal services contracted by the client with the CONTROLLER.
Management of inquiries submitted through the contact form on the Website.
Sending commercial communications related to services previously provided by the PROFESSIONAL.
The lawful bases for processing are:
Performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures requested by the data subject.
Consent given by the data subject.
Legitimate interest of the PROFESSIONAL to inform clients about new services or send news of interest.
Personal data may be disclosed, whenever necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, to service providers and collaborators involved in the contracted service (including, among others, notaries, court representatives, internal management tools, hosting services, and platforms used to send commercial communications).

Portability: request receipt of personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and transmission to another controller when technically feasible.
